Corrine Calice, Senior Director of Knowledge and Learning Experiences at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) analyses the success of their Shift20 event and shares some of their most impressive key metrics from the three day event. Including:

  • At its peak, the community received 2,300 unique visits on the first day of the event.
  • On average, attendees remained engaged on each webinar for almost the entire session (47.5 minutes on average).
  • Each webinar received an average of 341 chat messages and questions with one even reaching a total of 827.
  • Total engagement surpassed 4,400 across all social media platforms, directing followers to the event and the community.
