New community success expertise!

We're delighted to announce not one but two new series of expert advice on how to ensure your Zapnito community's success.

As you know, a large part of what we do here at Zapnito is support you to ensure your community is a success. That's why, over the past few weeks, we've been working with community management guru Darren Gough to create two brand new series of expert content to help you get your Zapnito community off the ground. 

I'm very pleased to announce the new Community Launch and Community Boost series will be rolled out next week! Look out for the Launch series on Monday and the Boost series on Tuesday. 

Each series comprises a few easy-to-read posts to introduce you to key community management concepts and a workbook of tasks to guide you through the activities required to launch your community and boost engagement from your members. 

Even if you're a Zapnito community pro, we think you'll find the content really useful in validating your community management activity. If you are at the start of your Zapnito journey, the series will set you up for success from the off.
