The Role
We are looking for a top performing SDR looking to step into a dynamic Team Leadership role. The right person will be driven by achieving sales goals and will be interested in a career path in B2B SaaS.
The SDR Team Lead will be a "player coach," helping to develop and grow the SDR function across EMEA. You will work cross functionally with our sales & marketing teams in alignment with our go to market strategy.
What You'll Do
●"Player- coach," working on individual targets as well as coaching and training SDRs
●Interview, recruit and onboard top SDR talent
●Perform regular 121s with SDR team
●Provide ongoing SDR training with a heavy focus on cold call training
●Ensure the SDR team and individuals hit metrics
●Track and report on key SDR statistics to wider leadership team
●Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organisation, discussing the
value of Zapnito to both technical and non-technical audiences
●Work with both sales and marketing to convert leads into qualified meetings
●Work with wider leadership team to design and execute creative sales/marketing
campaigns
●Manage, organise and update contacts database
●Consistently work to deadlines and targets
What You Bring
●3-4 years of SDR experience in a SaaS company including 6 months plus in a lead role
●A desire to lead and develop talent and teams
●Demonstrated high degree of success as an SDR
●A lead from the front mentality
Capabilities
●Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
●Ability to initiate consultative sales process
●Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
●Proven ability to position products against competitors
●Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
●Excellent verbal and written communications skills

●Both strong empathy for customers AND commercial awareness;
●Ability to prioritise and self-start, to work against targets and deadlines
