The Role

We are looking for a top performing SDR looking to step into a dynamic Team Leadership role. The right person will be driven by achieving sales goals and will be interested in a career path in B2B SaaS.

The SDR Team Lead will be a "player coach," helping to develop and grow the SDR function across EMEA. You will work cross functionally with our sales & marketing teams in alignment with our go to market strategy.

What You'll Do

"Player- coach," working on individual targets as well as coaching and training SDRs
Interview, recruit and onboard top SDR talent
Perform regular 121s with SDR team
Provide ongoing SDR training with a heavy focus on cold call training
Ensure the SDR team and individuals hit metrics
Track and report on key SDR statistics to wider leadership team
Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organisation, discussing the
value of Zapnito to both technical and non-technical audiences
Work with both sales and marketing to convert leads into qualified meetings
Work with wider leadership team to design and execute creative sales/marketing
Manage, organise and update contacts database
Consistently work to deadlines and targets

What You Bring

3-4 years of SDR experience in a SaaS company including 6 months plus in a lead role
A desire to lead and develop talent and teams
Demonstrated high degree of success as an SDR
A lead from the front mentality


Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Ability to initiate consultative sales process
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills


Lots of innate curiosity and ambition to embark on a career path
Both strong empathy for customers AND commercial awareness;
Ability to prioritise and self-start, to work against targets and deadlines
Analytical and reasonably process-oriented
Resilience and positive attitude
You must be organised, literate and passionate about what Zapnito’s clients want to
